By accessing or using the Padel Power League website, mobile app, or any related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. We operate in Dubai and the UAE; local laws may also apply.
2. Description of Services
Padel Power League provides structured padel league play, including divisions, fixtures, rankings, subscriptions, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Our Services are intended for users who can form a binding contract and comply with these terms. Minors may only use the Services with parental or guardian consent where applicable.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
League participation may require a paid subscription (e.g. per pod or season). Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, refunds, and cancellation are as set out at the time of purchase and in any separate payment or subscription policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. League Rules and Conduct
You agree to follow our league rules, fixture policies, and code of conduct. You must not: misuse the platform, harass others, cheat, or violate any applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts and take other action for breach of these terms or league rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including content, design, and branding, are owned by Padel Power League or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or exploit our intellectual property without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Participation in sport involves inherent risk; you participate in league play at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padel Power League and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
